Li Tianan, male, Han nationality, born in Fushun County, Sichuan Province in January 1963, is a Master of Laws, and a member of the CPC. He is the Secretary of the Party Committee of Chongqing Jiaotong University. He graduated from the Department of Chinese Language and Literature of Southwest Normal College in July 1985. He successively served as a teacher of High School Affiliated to Southwest Normal College, an editor, a director of Editorial Department and a deputy director of Computer News Office, Sichuan Chongqing Science and Technology Association; the office director of Sichuan Chongqing Science and Technology Association, the vice-chairman and a member of the Party group of Chongqing Science and Technology Association, the vice-chairman and secretary of Party leadership group (department bureau level) of Chongqing Science and Technology Association, the secretary of Chongqing Science and Technology Committee, and the deputy director of Chongqing Science and Technology Committee, the director of Chongqing Civil Defense Office and the secretary of Party leadership group; he’s a representative of the second and third municipal party congresses, a member of the Fourth Party Committee, a representative of the second and third municipal NPCs, a member of the second and third municipal NPC Standing Committees, a member of the Sixth Committee of China Association for Science and Technology, a member of the Seventh Standing Committee, and a member of the Eighth Standing Committee.
